Preparing your order

We ship from Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. Allow up to three business days after payment for dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping charges

Within the lower 48 states, orders of $50 or more (before tax) ship free and orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. Please review the shipping charge and total shown at checkout before paying.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military (APO/FPO) addresses ship for a flat $12.95 on every order. The rate updates automatically when you enter your address at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and replacements

For all shipping, cancellation, return or replacement inquiries, email support@foxandessence.com with your order number.

Cancel before shipment for a full refund to your original payment method. After shipment, we offer replacements rather than refunds. Contact us within 30 days about an unwanted scent, damage or incorrect items. We cover replacement shipping; you do not need to return the original product.

Caring for your soap

Let your bar dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Store unused bars in a cool, dry place.
