Your orders and support requests

We collect your name, email address, shipping address, product selections and order details to process and fulfill purchases, answer questions, and handle cancellations and replacements.

Our website and order database use Cloudflare. Stripe processes payments, and we use payment identifiers to reconcile orders. Messages sent to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare to our Gmail support inbox.

Website storage

We use browser session storage for checkout continuity and a cookie when you use a special market offer.

Marketing and analytics — coming soon

We plan to use Mailchimp for optional marketing emails, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These integrations are not part of this website release. We will update this notice and provide the relevant choices when they are introduced.

Email updates and restock alerts

If you sign up for emails or ask us to tell you when a soap is back, we keep your email address (and your phone number, if you give one for a restock text) to send those messages. To be removed at any time, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to support@foxandessence.com.
